We invest as majority and minority shareholders in regional and global consumer products companies. We are strategic rather than financial investors and we bring to our investments the knowledge, skills and contacts of our management, our shareholders and the Li & Fung group.

Free of the usual constraints of Private Equity companies, we are able to adopt flexible investment structures and to take a longer term view.

From our offices in London and Paris, we invest as majority and minority shareholders, in buyouts and growth capital opportunities. We are not put off by distressed situations.
